Delivery Schedule and Options

We will normally dispatch your order the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 1pm.

All items from our brands are packed in their own branded packaging.

Royal Mail (UK)

We offer FREE POSTAGE on all UK orders, regardless of size. These are shipped via Royal Mail with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. This is a recorded delivery service and your delivery will need to be signed for on receipt.

Next Day Delivery (UK)

If you'd like to receive your jewellery quickly, we offer a next day delivery. This is guaranteed for the next working day providing your order is placed before 1pm. Your item will be delivered via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and is guaranteed to arrive with you by 1pm the next day. Please ensure you, or a designated person is available to accept the delivery and sign for it

Your delivery is FREE for items worth £150 or more, or charged at a flat rate of £4.95.

Collection from Maddermarket store in Norwich
If you live in Norfolk, you can collect your order from our store in Lower Goat Lane, Norwich. You must bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address. We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email.

European Union

As per UK orders, all orders are normally dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 1pm (GMT).

The delivery on all orders to countries within the EU are FREE for orders worth £150 or more, or charged at a flat rate of £6.95, regardless of size.

International delivery

As per UK orders, all orders are normally dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 1pm (GMT).

Delivery is FREE for items worth £150 or more, or charged at a flat rate of £14.95, regardless of size. Please allow 10 days for the delivery of International orders.

We use Royal Mail's Airsure service for all international deliveries which is available for delivery to these locations: 

Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Irish Republic, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, USA.

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%) is removed from your order at checkout.

The following countries are exempt from duty; Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand and USA.

Rest of the World

If you live in a country outside the EU and not on the International Shipping List above, we provide  shipping via Royal Mail's International Signed For service. Orders to the Rest of the World are FREE for items worth £150 or more, or charged at a flat rate of £14.95, regardless of size. Please allow 10 days for the delivery of your order and ensure you, or a designated person is available to accept the delivery and sign for it.

Checking the status of your order

Most orders can be tracked in transit. If you'd like an update on when your order will be delivered, please email us at info@maddermarketantiques.co.uk and we'll provide you with the details, where we can.

Returns and EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item, or we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Here's the steps you need to take to return your items to us:

1.    To arrange a return, please call us on 01603 767786 or email info@maddermarketantiques.co.uk first. If you call outside our opening hours, we will return you call on the next working day. All emails will be answered within 24 hours.

2.     To send your item to us, you will need to contact us for a returns form and include it with your returned item. This will ensure we have all the information we need to process your return quickly.

We do not accept returns of worn items, or those that have had the tags removed. Please check your order carefully before removing the tags.

Bespoke orders cannot be returned for whatever reason.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

The prices quoted include UK tax at the current VAT rate of 20% for orders made from the UK or the European Union.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted, including all of the customer's personal information including name, address and credit card number. Read more about this in the PayPal section, below.
