Returns & Refunds Policy

If your order does not live up to your expectations, you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the goods in order to receive a full refund. The items should be in the same condition that we sent them to you, unworn and unused and in its original packaging as well as with a copy of your original invoice or receipt. Please note bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.


To initiate a refund, please contact us first on info@maddermarketantiques.co.uk or call us on 01603 664514 or 01603 620610 so we can arrange for you send your item back to us Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not accept liability for returned goods. All items will be to be sent back to:

Should an item be damaged or defective upon delivery, please get in contact with us immediately so we can arrange to get the item back to us and get the problem resolved.


We will notify you once the item has been returned to us and has been inspected, and let you know once the refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be issued back onto the same method as payment was made on and you will be notified via email. This can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed by the bank. If your refund has not gone through within 15 business days of the item being approved for refund, please get in contact with us so we can chase your payment for you.
